If a customer orders a product size that is out of stock, the order will be automatically placed on backorder with the manufacturer. The customer will be notified of an approximate lead time.
We ship all of our shoes and boots to the USA and Canada for $25 for the first pair, and $14 each additional pair.
Return Policy You may return most items purchased from Aussie Gear Direct within 30 days of
delivery for a full product refund.
Conditions
All returned products must be:
1. Unworn, unused and in resalable condition.
2. In the original packaging. (shoe box if applicable)
3. In a protective shipping carton or sleeve.
4. Returned within 30 days from the day it was received. (20% restock charge after
30 days)
5. NO returns after 60 days. (unless faulty product)
6. Insured – Aussie Gear Direct is not responsible for lost or stolen goods
in transit.
Or
1. Faulty - from manufacturer
2. if Faulty – Aussie Gear Direct must be contacted prior to the return
3. Aussie Gear Direct will refund or replace faulty product including shipping.
NOTE: REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE ONLY. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES
WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS FAULTY.
We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Aussie Gear Direct will not accept returned items, including:
• Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing
parts.
• Any used or worn products.
• Any Boots with soiled Soles.
Returning Items Purchased from Other Sellers
Aussie Gear Direct will not accept boots (returned) that were originally purchased
from another Supplier.

Warrantee
Aussie Gear Direct will provide a 90 day warrantee on all Boots from Date of Dispatch.
